Servo Drivers and Types
The system that provides rapid transmission of the sheet metal opened with the uncoiler machines to the press feeding system is called the press servo drive. There are different types of servo drives. It is produced in accordance with the roll sheet width. Servo drivers; We can examine it in 3 types as Zigzag Drive, Geared Drive and Rectified Drive.

Zigzag Driver
Zigzag Drive machines are designed to minimize production waste in disc cutting operations. The cutting discs moving on the X and Y axes can make cross cuts to minimize metal waste.

Straightening Driver
Straightening drive is a production line used to process coiled sheet material. In this machine, servo driver and rectifier are combined. The roll needs to be straightened before it is loaded onto the sheet press feed line. In this way, the bent parts of the sheet material are straightened.
